Sally is an associate in our residential conveyancing department.

Sally is based at our head office in Sheffield and deals with all types of residential conveyancing across England and Wales. She qualified in 2005 whilst working at Taylor&Emmet and deals with residential sales, buying and selling, buy-to-let, re-mortgaging and freehold purchase.

Last Friday my wife and I completed the sale of our then home at *** Dronfield and purchase of our new home at *** Glapwell. Acting for us during the process were the excellent Helen Millard who was very ably assisted by Sophie Clithero. As head of conveyancing for Taylor & Emmet in Dronfield I though it was important to let you know just how good these two ladies are and how satisfied we are with the service they provided. Throughout the process we were in regular contact with both the people we were selling to and the ones we were buying from. What was evident all along was the difference in communication experienced by ourselves and both other parties. If ever we needed to speak to Helen or Sophie we were always able to, or if the answering machine kicked in we always received a return call promptly. This was in stark contrast to both of the other parties who could very rarely get to speak directly to their solicitors and who rarely received return calls. We also received regular updates throughout the whole process and always felt that we were valued clients which again was in contrast to the others. I know that this experience wasn’t just a one off lucky one as in February of this year Helen completed the sale of my late fathers house for us at 14 Windermere Avenue, Dronfield and the purchase of our son’s house in Huddersfield.
